RIBA Awards
The Royal Institute of British Architects (RIBA) is one of the most prestigious bodies in the field, and we’re proud to have received multiple RIBA awards over the years. These honours reflect our commitment to design excellence and sustainable practice.

Civic Trust Awards
The Civic Trust Awards celebrate projects that make a positive social, cultural and environmental contribution to communities. We’re delighted to have had several of our buildings acknowledged for their impact, accessibility and long-term value to the public realm.

East Midlands Property Awards
Recognising the region’s most outstanding developments, the East Midlands Property Awards have shortlisted and awarded us for our innovative approach to urban regeneration, residential design and environmental responsibility.
We have won awards for the following projects:
Green Street - Regeneration Project of the Year Award, 2011
Phoenix Square – Regeneration Project of the Year Award, 2010
Nottingham Civic Society Commendation
Our deep-rooted connection to Nottingham has led to multiple commendations from the Nottingham Civic Society. These highlight our sensitive design interventions in historic contexts and our ability to enhance the city’s architectural heritage.

Nottingham Lord Mayor’s Awards for Urban Design
We’ve also been proud recipients of the Nottingham Lord Mayor’s Awards, which honour projects that improve the quality and character of Nottingham’s urban environment through thoughtful architecture and planning.

Rushlight Research Award
Our sustainability-first mindset earned us the Rushlight Research Award, which celebrates environmental excellence and innovation. This reflects our ongoing commitment to retrofit design, passive architecture and energy-conscious materials. We won for our innovative INET Flat-pack Modular Systems in association with the University of Nottingham
INCA Andy Swan Award
We were honoured with the Andy Swan Award from the Insulated Render and Cladding Association (INCA) for our creative use of materials and energy-efficient solutions in retrofit and refurbishment project of Catfoot Lane, 2009.
