Riverhead Theatre

This landmark project was the first amateur theatre in the UK to receive funding from the Arts Council. It involved the extension and conversion of a former TA Drill Hall to create a vibrant new cultural venue.

The scheme includes two performance auditoria, full back-of-house facilities, a box office, and a bar—transforming the historic building into a fully equipped and welcoming theatre for both performers and audiences.

Client: Louth Playgoers Association

Completed: 2002
