This winning competition entry provides a striking new entrance to the University of Nottingham’s King’s Meadow Campus. Designed to enhance the arrival experience, the structure establishes a clear and welcoming gateway into the existing campus buildings.
Constructed from sustainably sourced glulam timber ribs, the pavilion combines environmental responsibility with architectural impact. Its elegant form and natural materiality reflect the University's commitment to sustainability while offering a memorable first impression for visitors, staff, and students alike.
