One degree west
One Degree West is a bespoke house built in Nottingham. It was designed to meet the challenge of its sloping site, using stepped levels to make the most of the topography. Generous, contemporary windows bring brightness to the interior.
In recognition of its thoughtful design, the project was highly commended in the 2004 Regional RIBA Awards.

Phoenix square
Phoenix Square is a vibrant mixed-use development which occupies a full city block in the heart of Leicester. It won ‘Regeneration Project of the Year Award’ at the East Midlands Property Awards.
At its core is a state-of-the-art digital media centre dedicated to film and music, complemented by creative workspaces and live/work accommodation which are designed to spark innovation and community.
The digital media centre has become a nexus of culture and learning. It offers three cinema screens, a digital gallery, an intimate screen lounge, a café-bar, offices and dedicated education spaces.

We have received ten RIBA awards, five national and five regional, reflecting our long-standing commitment to excellence.
Several of these awards recognise our work as commercial architects. Office on the Ropewalk and King’s Meadow Canopy each won a Nottingham Lord Mayor’s Award, which honour projects that improve Nottingham’s urban environment through thoughtful planning and architecture.
