Project Description

This one-off house, set on a steeply sloping site, employs a split-level design to maximise usable floor area while responding effectively to the challenging topography. The stepped arrangement allows the home to sit comfortably within the landscape, creating dynamic internal spaces and strong connections between levels. Recognised for its thoughtful design, the project was highly commended in the 2004 Regional RIBA Awards.
