Project Description
The Manor is a residential development comprising 82 apartments, located on the site of the former girls' school in Beeston, Nottingham. Positioned in the heart of Beeston’s Old Village Conservation Area, the scheme blends sensitive restoration with contemporary new-build construction. Two of the original school buildings have been carefully restored and converted, preserving their historic character while introducing modern living spaces.
Alongside the residential units, the development also provides facilities for the local scouting group, as well as a number of affordable homes to support the wider community. The Manor reflects a thoughtful approach to heritage, community engagement, and sustainable urban regeneration.
