We couldn't be prouder of Zana and her incredible performance at Nottingham Hot Property. What a fantastic moment and a brilliant showcase of talent.

Performing at Nottingham Hot Property for the very first time was an unforgettable experience.

After attending the event for the first time last year, Zana was inspired by the way the property and construction industry came together to raise money for charity. It encouraged her to step outside her comfort zone and take to the stage in this year's show.

She performed Simply the Best by Tina Turner and also sang backing vocals for several other performances, sharing the stage with so many talented people.

Most importantly, the event raised an incredible £37,500 for BASE 51, helping to support the vital work they do for young people across Nottingham.

A huge thank you to everyone who organised the event, performed, volunteered, donated, and came along to support. It was also wonderful to see friends and colleagues experience Nottingham Hot Property for the first time and enjoy such a fantastic evening. We were honoured to be part of an event supporting such an important cause.

We're already looking forward to seeing her back on stage next year... the only question is: what song will she perform next? 🎤
