Phase 1 for Magenta Complete!

Enjoyed a great site visit last week to Wirral to see the completion of Phase 1 for Magenta. The retrofit of 84 properties, including External Wall Insulation (EWI) and loft upgrades, has successfully achieved an EPC rating of C – a fantastic milestone!

It’s been a pleasure working on this project, and we’re excited to continue collaborating with all parties involved as we move into Phase 2. Looking forward to even more progress as we enhance these homes and make a positive impact on energy efficiency.
