Project Description
As part of our transformation of the former Mundella School, this project showcases our commitment to unlocking the hidden potential in existing buildings. The school has been carefully converted into a collection of unique and charming Art Deco-style apartments, each celebrating the character and history of the original structure.
Among the standout features are the impressive tall ceilings, expansive windows that flood the interiors with natural light, a secluded cloistered courtyard offering private outdoor space, and distinctive decorative circular motifs that reflect the building’s architectural heritage.
