This residential development comprises 53 one-bedroom apartments, arranged across two contemporary apartment blocks. The design adopts a modern architectural language while incorporating traditional materials to ensure contextual sensitivity. The buildings feature high-quality brickwork complemented by zinc cladding, glazed balconies, and large windows that maximise natural light and create a strong connection between internal spaces and the surrounding environment.
