Project Description

This period building, situated within a Conservation Area, has been sensitively renovated to provide a retail unit at ground floor level and residential apartments above. The proposal involved replacing the existing shopfront glazing panels and introducing a new entrance door and lobby to create a dedicated access point for the apartments.

The majority of the works were internal, with only minimal external alterations, ensuring the character and appearance of the Conservation Area were preserved.
