This development comprises 36 light industrial units, situated on land at Moorbridge Road East in Bingham, Nottingham. The site has been strategically laid out with the extension of the existing road and the introduction of three new access roads, ensuring efficient circulation and access across the development.
On the west side of the site, a centrally positioned large block of industrial units features dual-pitched roofs. This is flanked by two smaller blocks—also with dual-pitched roofs—located to the north and east of the central building. The east side of the site accommodates two additional blocks designed with mono-pitched roofs, providing further flexible unit space.
All external walls are finished with grey PPC (polyester powder-coated) cladding, complemented by green and blue trim/flashings, adding a contemporary and visually cohesive aesthetic. The roofing consists of profiled sheet panels with integrated rooflights to enhance natural lighting within the units. External doors are constructed from a mix of aluminium and steel, selected for their durability and enhanced security.
