The development of a new bakery. The design is set to maximise light, natural ventilation and low carbon technology. The roof slope is a result of designed natural air cross flow through the building and heat recovery will reuse this energy for hot water and heating. The elevation to the east also acts as an acoustic barrier to road noise.
